1.) Sponsor

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Addicted To Altitude, located at 19211 Shamrock Ln, Shafer, MN, 55074

2.) Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States. Entrants must be at least 18 years old, or if under 18, must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to enter. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Addicted To Altitude are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3.) How to enter

Purchase entry: Every $5 spent with Addicted To Altitude equals 1 entry.

Free Entry (no purchase necessary): To receive 1 free entry, provide your full name, email address, and phone number to Addicted To Altitude via the designated entry form (online or in-person only)

Limit: Unlimited entries by purchase, but only 1 free entry per person.

4.) Prize

Grand Prize: Winner's Choice of an ArcticFx / UTVFX / MotoFx graphics wrap (existing template designs only, no custom work) PLUS $500 cash.

If winner does not own a wrap-compatible machine (no template available, or they don't have a machine at all), the prize will instead be $1,000 cash.

Wrap installation is available at 50% off if the winner delivers their machine to Addicted To Altitude. Otherwise, the wrap will be provided for self-installation.

Prize is non-transferable, no substitutions or refunds.

5.) Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries. Entry period ends thanksgiving day, November 27, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (CT). Winner will be announced on Addicted To Altitudes platforms. Winner has 7 days to claim the prize. If not claimed, an alternate winner will be selected.

If a selected winner is under 18, the prize will be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian, who must sign any required paperwork and accept responsibility for the prize.

Odds depend on the total number of entries received.

7.) General Conditions

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Addicted To Altitude from any liability related to participation or prize use.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel sweepstakes if anything goes sideways. (technical issue, fraud, etc.).

By accepting the prize, winner (or parent/guardian if under 18) agrees to allow Addicted to Altitude to use their name, image, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation (where permitted by law)

Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
